Wetaskiwin is located in Central Alberta, about half way between Edmonton
and Red Deer. It is in easy reach from Calgary as well as Edmonton.
From Edmonton
Drive south on highway 2 (direction
Calgary). At Leduc turn off onto highway 2A and follow this road past the small
town of Millet to Wetaskiwin. A west (right) turn off the auto mile (highway 2A)
at the fourth traffic light finds you on a tree-lined avenue (45th) known locally as
Airport Road. Six houses down the road on the right you will come upon Country
Pleasures Bed and
Breakfast.
Traveling time from Edmonton
approximately 50 minutes.
From Calgary / Red Deer Drive north on highway 2 (direction Edmonton) and do not leave the highway until
you reach the exit marked 'Highway 13 / Wetaskiwin'. Drive east on highway
13 until you reach the first set of traffic lights in Wetaskiwin. Turn north
(left) and follow the auto mile (highway 2A) to the next set of traffic lights.
A west turn (left again) finds you on a tree-lined avenue
(45th) known locally as Airport Road. Six houses down the road on the right you
will come upon Country Pleasures Bed and Breakfast.
